Dwayne has served as the head pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. He planted it in Charlotte, North Carolina. He also serves as the pastor's director for the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne's passion is equipping the future generation of Biblical Counselors. He serves on the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written numerous articles on the internet and has been a co-author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Change Lives With God's eternal truth. Kelleman and Viars).
