Katherine Heigl opens up to the world regarding her "white bubble life" and how it's had an impact on how she raises her adopted multiracial children. The actress from "Firefly Lane" spoke to a reporter that it didn't matter how dark her skin color was to her. However, after meeting her adopted Korean American older sister, she realised the distinction in the way people took care of her. "I asked my sister, Meg to tell me if she'd received the same treatment when she was going out with us parents, and another way when she was out alone without them. Meg responded "Oh I do, each and every occasion!" Heigl addressed Parents about the moment she realised her naivet . The actress said that she was upset, but she felt that she had use that anger in order to assist the adopted children she has. Heigl along with her 13-year-old husband -- the singer Josh Kelley -- have four-year-old son Joshua Bishop Kelley, Joshua Bishop Kelley, Jr. They have adopted Nancy Leigh from South Korea at the age of 12 in 2009. and then Adalaide who was 8 years older and was Black in 2012.
